📄 End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 01 July 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CompareSheets add-in, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not install or use the product.

2. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CompareSheets solely for personal or internal business use, in accordance with the applicable plan (trial, individual, or team) purchased via Paddle.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, sublicense, or resell the product
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the add-in
• Use the add-in for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Ownership

CompareSheets and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are handled securely via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are managed through Paddle's platform. You can view Paddle's terms here: https://paddle.com/legal/

6. Trial Period

If you are using a free trial version, the license is valid for a limited time only. Continued use requires a paid subscription.

7. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of CompareSheets.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CompareSheets is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will meet your requirements or be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of CompareSheets.

10. Data and Privacy

We do not collect or store personal data through the add-in. Any data processed remains local to your Excel environment. For purchases, Paddle's privacy policy applies: https://paddle.com/privacy/

11. Applicable Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Timișoara, Romania.
